SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage therapy improves circulation by bringing oxygen and other nutrients to body tissues. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases flexability and mobility, and helps clear lactic acid and other waste, which reduces pain and stiffness in muscles and joints.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetetive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury. Deep tissue massage works by physically breaking down adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement.
REFLEXOLOGY
The Reflexology is sometimes called foot massage, but it is more than a simple foot massage. Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points on the foot that correspond to organs and systems in the body. Reflexology is very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired, achy feet.
SPORTS MASSAGE
​The Sports massage is specifically designed for people who are involved in physical activity. But you don't have to be a professional athlete to have one -- it is also used by people who are active and work out often. The focus isn't on relaxation but on preventing and treating injury and enhancing athletic performance.
PRENATAL (PREGNANCY) MASSAGE
Massage Therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcome and newborn health.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Let Hot Stone massage therapy melt away your tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism. It promotes deeper muscle relaxation through use of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body. Each hot stone massage session is customized based on individual needs.
CHAIR MASSAGE (FOR SPECIAL EVENTS)
A short (15-20 minute) massage of a client in a special, portable massage chair. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massages. On-site is popular at some offices as an employee benefit and for some conferences, workshops and certain social events.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
Lymphatic Drainage massage is very gentle approach that focuses on the top layers of tissues for the enhancement of lymphatic circulation. In addition to that, it can improve metabolism, regenerate body tissue, normalize organ function, and boost the immune system.

​Robert began his career in Massage Therapy in 1989; he has attended multiple massage schools here in the United States and abroad. He earned Bachelor degree in Psychology and Kinesiology from California State University-Northridge. He is a California Licensed Massage Therapist. He has worked as an instructor of Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy Aid at different massage therapy schools in California. He has traveled around the world to study the art of Massage Therapt in places such as Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, Indonesia, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.
